CPSG has been chosen to participate in the Sun Software Partnership Council.
Led by John Molinaro and Dave Edstrom, the two US-SW Product Leads for Sun, the primary areas of focus for the Software Partner Council are to:
- Provide an ongoing, organized framework for Sun’s Software Partners to work closely with the US-SW Product Leads, Partner Managers, and the Chief Technologist of the US-SW Practice
- Provide an organized venue for Sun’s top Software Partners to provide their valuable input to affect the direction and investment of Sun’s software futures
- Attend a Software Partner Council Conference where Sun’s top Software Partners can:
- Meet and listen to Sun’s software leaders
- Provide feedback and ask questions about Sun’s future software and get brief updates on hardware
- Discuss joint Partner/Sun Solution plans with Sun’s US-SW Product Leads as well as Product Managers in Sun’s Engineering groups
In addition, members of the Software Partner Council will attend a two-day Software Partner Council Conference in the Spring at Sun’s Executive Briefing Center in Menlo Park, CA.
