CPSG’s strategic solutions encompass the following steps:
Business Review
In this step, we focus on gathering data about the key business objectives (KBOs) of the organization. Through this process,
we determine the alignment of these objectives with the goals and criteria upon which the decision to deploy an ERP solution
was made. This can be done before, during or after the initial implementation project.
Application Review
The next step is to review the current application status to determine how the deployed solutions are achieving the stated
objectives. Analysis is centered on effective configuration, institution of best-practice business processes, available
incremental functionality and unimplemented applications/modules.
Opportunity Identification
This effort focuses on the differences between the stated key business objectives and the realized values. The results of
this effort help identify opportunities based on the expected, achievable value and the alignment with the KBOs. These
opportunities are prioritized by the value returned and the incremental cost of deployment.
The Pathway
This step involves the creation of a long-term application strategy that takes into account knowledge gained from the first
three steps, plus knowledge of the application suite. We define a multi-year path toward the realization of value from your
ERP investment. This encompasses everything from implementing functionality in the current modules to the strategic purchase
and implementation of additional modules or solution sets.
The Result?
- A well-defined, executable plan driven by the organization’s value expectations and business processes
- Deployment of strategic ERP solutions within a time frame in tune with budget constraints, organizational change
limitations and application capability
