CPSG is working with a large grocery store retail chain to develop and implement their Identity Management and Access Management initiative. CPSG is assisting the company's project team with Project Management and Identity Management architecture and development expertise, including development of a custom PeopleSoft component interface.
The project is divided into phased releases around Identity Management, SPE (a B2C initiative), and Access Management. CPSG's tasks for release 1 and release 2 include project planning and reporting, cleanup, resource planning, status reporting and resource allocation and budget management for milestone to completion.
