Brad Clark
Executive Vice President
Business Development
Brad Clark joined CPSG in 2002 and is now the executive vice president of for business development for all of CPSG, Partners Consulting and ITresources. Clark utilizes more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience to lead the CPSG sales organization in the development of practice-based solutions.
Prior to his current position, Clark was regional vice president of sales for ONE Inc’s U.S.
operations. In that role, he grew revenues from $8 million in 1999 to more than $35 million in 2000 and 2001. Before ONE Inc,
Clark served as vice president of sales and marketing for the client-service consulting firm Brian R. Blackmarr and Associates
(BRBA). At BRBA, Clark lead the organization on a rapid-growth plan from $5 million in sales to more than $30 million in sales
through the development of key technology partners.
Clark holds a bachelor of arts degree from Stephen F. Austin University in marketing and management.
Jim Guinn, II
Executive Vice President
Enterprise Architecture
Jim Guinn, II is responsible for all professional services and consulting for CPSG. This includes working with the practice leadership on developing new strategies based on market demand, enhancing the team’s capabilities and ensuring client satisfaction is exceeded. Jim joined CPSG in 2003 to build their Enterprise Architecture Practice. This included developing CPSG’s delivery capabilities and specialization in Identity and Access Management (IdM/AM), Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC). Under Jim’s leadership and the effort of key team members, this practice is still the fastest-growing segment of CPSG’s business.
Prior to joining CPSG, Jim was vice president of the Technical Architecture Practice for ONE Inc. -- a national consulting firm headquartered in Chicago, IL.
Previous experience was gained with JPMorganChase (Chase Bank of Texas), where Jim was vice president responsible for the Midrange Systems Engineering
team for the Southwest region of the bank’s Technical Infrastructure Division.
Jim started his career in 1989 with Petroleum Geo-Service (Grant Geophysical) as a systems engineer
and ultimately grew to lead the application development team for PGS Data Management US.
Jim holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from The University of Houston.
Charlie Decker
Vice President
ERP
Charlie Decker leads the ERP practice for CPSG. He is responsible for the quality delivery of services
within the ERP market space. During his tenure with CPSG, Decker has served clients such as Consolidated Communications, McLane
Company, Houston ISD, GC Services, US Oncology and Saint Luke’s Episcopal Hospital. And, he has been involved in the successful
deployment of ERP systems for more than 15 years, implementing SAP and PeopleSoft.
Prior to CPSG, Decker ran the Higher Education practice for Cambridge Technology Partners (now Novell),
where he was responsible for the creation and management of a $30M practice. He delivered exceptional service to a number of prestigious
colleges and universities across the United States. Prior to Cambridge Technology Partners, Decker was a founder of Ramos & Associates,
later acquired by Cambridge, whose sole focus was to provide implementation services to the PeopleSoft market. He has also worked for KPMG
Consulting (now BearingPoint), where he was responsible for the development of business in the middle United States within the public sector.
Decker holds a bachelor of science degree in computer science, with supporting concentration in math and
economics, from Angelo State University.
