Consultants’ Choice, Inc, The Enterprise Application Specialists ™, announced today that it would acquire the assets of the
CDiem Group, a privately held eBusiness application development and consulting firm, based in Dallas, Texas. The terms of
the agreement were not disclosed.
Founded in 2001, CDiem Group has specialized in custom application software development for n-tier deployments, portal solutions
and web services. Their solutions specifically target Customer Relationship Management systems and Enterprise Application Integration
across several vertical industries, including telecommunications and financial services.
“The acquisition of CDiem Group solidifies our efforts to expand our core Enterprise Resource Planning focus with other competencies
in the Enterprise Application arena. It also brings additional high quality consultants to our key market in Dallas”, said Dave Cassell,
Consultants’ Choice President and CEO.
“We have followed the success of the principals of CDiem Group for almost two years. We believe that CDiem’s reputation for delivering
on-time, on-budget projects through their successful Rapid Application Design methodology will greatly enhance and complement our proven
capabilities in the ERP and Enterprise Architecture marketplaces”, Cassell said. “This will allow us to provide even better results for
less cost to our customers.”
CDiem Group will operate under the Consultants’ Choice name, with Brad Clark, CDiem’s President and CEO, assuming the role of Area Vice
President for Consultants’ Choice. Clark will have responsibility for the Dallas and Austin/San Antonio marketplaces for Consultants’
Choice.
