Our 4D Methodology divides a business continuity project into tasks and processes with four distinct stages. To ensure our
clients receive high-quality deliverables in a timely manner, each stage of our methodology provides for client feedback
through quality assurance and value management.
Stage 1: Define
Our goal is to understand the business objectives and ensure the project scope and organizational support is appropriate
and defined to meet those objectives. In this stage, clients can expect to see a comprehensive assessment and implementation
roadmap along with a refined plan and budget.
Stage 2: Design
We analyze the business requirements and translate them into application-specific, functional and technical requirements.
During this stage, clients will iteratively review the designs to ensure they meet the stated objectives. This stage will
provide a holistic system design and specification driven by the organization’s business needs.
Stage 3: Develop
We will develop, install, configure and/or customize the system to fit client needs. Using an iterative approach, clients
will review functions when they are coded and unit tested. At the completion of this stage, the organization will not only
have a completed system, but also a thorough understanding of the system.
Stage 4: Deploy
CPSG and the client deploy a system that will create a positive impact on the organization. This methodology also ensures —
through the use of re-alignment — that the project is reviewed and in harmony with the organization’s overall goals and objectives.
